Piccolo Pizza Bar in Frankfurt

I think one of my favourites now. The risotto was lovely, pizza was brillant and I found it to be one of the best pizzas I have ordered home. Very fresh and the toppings were also excellent. I can personally recommend both the risotto and pizza. Extremely veggie friendly. Go for it you can't go wrong. The tiramisu was a bit of a disappoint as I thought that could have been better but otherwise excellent experience and look forward to dining in here soon.

Nice and easy place to have a delicious slice of pizza, espresso, red wine and a chat. Friendly service.

Pizza Tonno wasn't that good. Only the cold tuna directly from the can, cold and unbaked, was slapped on top of the pizza. Service was good.

Food is good but service is so slooooooiw!! Considering it was also very quiet tonight, waiters chose to sit and chat to a table of girls and forget about everyone else.

Pizza tasted very good! Although the chef is also a waiter, the pizza was there quickly.

Pizza was great, service was excellent, price was great too. I can only recommend it!

Very expencive : for adult and child bolognese and triopasta ,and 2 juices we paid over 30 Euro!

Pizza good and tasty, pasta neither al dente nor fresh. So it's best to eat pizza if you order there.

Pizza tastes boring

There are many good pizzas in the area but one is particularly excellent and this is Piccolo Pizzeria Bar ... I'm looking forward to the next Diavola Pizza ??

This is by far the best Pizza place in Frankfurt! Original Italian pizza with the best ingredients and wonderful staff. Don’t get fooled by the smaller size of this restaurant: delicacies always come in small boxes!

Sausage and broccoli and you are immediately in the shadow of Vesuvius???

Wow the pizza here is fabulous! The lady who served was also fabulous! We were 8 of us and all share the same opinion. There's a very clean bathroom with toilet as well which is fantastic, as we can wash our cheesy hands. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

The restaurant is located near the center and is easily accessible. The pizza is really delicious (rare in Germany) and the staff is very kind. I highly recommend it.

Great pizza! Alternatively with organic wholemeal dough or classic dough. Good are also the lunch specials eg lasagna with salad

The late staff were very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was great in late August/early September. The pizza was out of this world, good. Some of the best pizza, I have ever had. The crust was crunchy and chewy, had good flavor; both the white and red sauce pizzas were excellent and the ingredients were top notch. You’d pay easily double or triple back stateside for similar quality. If you’re not sure what to get, ask the server and tell her what you like and she’ll make suggestions. We got the small pizzas and shared. Perfect size for dinner and a little leftover slice. If you’re heading back to your hotel order one more than the number of people you’ll have and you can have a midnight snack or cold pizza for breakfast. It’s that good.

I'm italian and for me food and pizza are nearly a religion. Here I found a real italian pizza. Good, tasty and traditional. The service was also really good and friendly.

Very good pizza, difficult to find a real Italian pizza in Frankfurt, but here in this place, owned by young Italians willing, you can't help but feel at home .... good!

Unfortunately all in all rather mediocre, even if the taste was really good. Per: + All 8 pizzas were prepared correctly + A special request was taken into account (with additional payment) + In terms of taste, the pizzas were good + Grande pizzas are of a sufficient size Con: - Whole wheat flour was not available despite what was stated on the menu - Piccolo pizzas are extremely small, suitable as a snack at most - Pizza "Vulcano" is actually a calzone, which was not stated - The temperatures of the pizzas were quite different, some pleasantly warm, others quite cool. Arrival was 2 minutes before the agreed pick-up time. Unfortunately, all in all a rather disappointing overall package when you compare it with the competition that is in the immediate vicinity.

First time at Piccolo Pizzeria Bar, the pizzeria is small modest and you can eat outside if the weather is nice. I ordered a pizza salami as you can only order the pizzas that are on the menu as the chef told me the house does not have extra wishes. The pizza is baked in a classic stone oven. I paid 11 euros for a salami, pizza which I find very expensive then very little salami on it, you have probably sparing with and very greasy you could see, when I took a piece out of the pizza cover you saw the stains from the fat. The taste of the pizza is fine because I hardly know other Italian pizzerias and wanted to test this pizzeria if it would be worth it I would say you can eat there or not everyone has to decide for themselves. I subtract the points for the reason: - Excessive 11 euros for a salami pizza - Will not be on extra requests only by card - too little salami - Too greasy salami. I only rate what I eat and not other things That's why Piccolo Pizzeria Bar gets a 3,5 / 5
